Morenikeji Oyenuga, Director
Morenikeji Oyenuga is a dynamic HR and compliance professional with over a decade of
experience leading people operations, regulatory oversight, and organizational development
across financial services, oil & gas, and marketing sectors.
● She has held pivotal roles at UBL UK, BuzzBite UK, and Dangote Industries Limited, whre she
spent 8 years, implementing transformative initiatives in employee relations, policy
development, AML reviews, and HR technology systems. Her work has consistently delivered
measurable impact—reducing onboarding timelines, cutting operational costs, improving employee
engagement, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
● Morenikeji holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management from Royal Holloway,
University of London, and a BA in Management and Business Administration from Henley
Business School, University of Reading. She is currently pursuing her CIPD qualification
Dayo Tifase, Director
Dayo Tifase is a seasoned HR and business professional with over a decade of experience
spanning human resources, sales, and research across Nigeria’s banking, manufacturing,
and SME sectors and the UK.
• He has held key roles at Fidelity Bank, Capital Bancorp, and SME Solution UK and has held
a long-standing HR leadership position at Dangote Projects since 2013. His career reflects a
strong focus on talent development, employee engagement, and strategic organizational
support, contributing to streamlined HR processes and enhanced workplace performance.
• Dayo holds a BSc in Computer Science from Igbinedion University, an MSc in International
Business from Coventry University, and an MBA in Business Administration from Birmingham
City University.
Raheem Adebayo, Director
Raheem Adebayo is a seasoned Human Resources practitioner with over 14 years of experience spanning
Manufacturing Plant Operations and the Oil & Gas industry.
• Throughout his career, he has held key roles at leading organizations, including Dangote Cement Plc.,
Dangote Refinery, Stallion Group, and Sterling Oil Exploration and Energy Production Company (SEEPCO).
• He holds an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources and a B.Sc. in Economics from Obafemi
Awolowo University, Ife. With his extensive expertise in HR strategy and operations, Adebayo continues to
drive excellence in workforce management and organizational development.
Jacob Mosugu, Director
• Jacob Mosugu is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong track record of driving
organizational transformation, developing and implementing strategic HR policies, and serving as a
trusted business partner. He is a Licensed and Chartered HR practitioner with over 13 years of
experience across the United Kingdom and Africa.
• Jacob’s career spans diverse sectors, including Financial Services, Retail, Consulting, Oil & Gas, Real
Estate, and Healthcare. His expertise lies in Learning & Development, Recruitment, HR Operations,
Human Capital Management, and Customer Service.
• Currently, Jacob serves as a Resource Coordinator with NHS Lothian, UK, where he oversees staffing
and workforce planning for Doctors, Nurses, Support Workers, and Administrative Clerks. His previous
roles include key positions at Scottish Widows (a subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group UK), Unite
Students UK, Dangote Oil Refining and Petrochemical Nigeria, and FACTS Ltd Nigeria.
• Jacob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Redeemer’s University and a Master’s degree in
Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University. He is an Associate Member of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in both the UK and Australia (ACIPD)
